Complete lack of consideration or empathy for patients. I arrived 11 minutes late due to after-school traffic and having to bring my 3-month-old, and was turned away because their grace period ends at 10 minutes. It left me feeling that patient needs and real-life circumstances aren’t valued here.

Lisa Reno NP is so amazing. She is so supportive and kind, educated, and totally on the ball. She managed my same day sickness, anxiety/depression meds, annual wellness visits. Anything you can think of, and if not, she will refer you to the right person! Denver is awesome. The receptionists are so sweet too. I would never leave if we didn’t PCS!
I was 2 minutes late after taking off work for this appointment. I was turned away after paying and waiting on the room. I will not be back. Horrible experience
