Eh is the word to describe it. Good prices for seller docs, completed the work pretty fast and didn’t bother me which is the good part. Bad part: closing was electronic (which was awesome and cool, we signed on Saturday) through another company. On the morning of the closing, they submitted the wrong settlement statement to the signing company…tried contacting them and got no answer.
