Lisa is a wonderful doctor but lifebridge is going to cause her to lose a lot of people. I’ve been with her for over 3 years but I’m highly considering leaving now. I have to now go through a call center, we can’t talk to anyone at the office anymore. I called yesterday, waited on hold for 30 minutes and opted for a call back. I never got the call back. I called today and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. All for a referral that would normally take 5 minutes.
