They have become the worst!!! Pls don’t go to them! We are old time clients who started with many pets in 2000 and continued with new ones. They were taken over by a private corporation about 3 years ago and they have descended into chaos and incompetence. We recently moved them to Elliott Bay on a recommendation from a vet friend and they have been SO much better. Night and day!!!
Best in Seattle. Well, it was until it was sold. The current operation moved in from S WA and there are serious problems. I quit them after seeing a family group mourning a dead cat they took in for routine care and seeking an explanation from new staffers, vet nowhere around.
I have no complaints about service but I think they should be have openings for emergencies. It seems like they are always fully booked. If you want appointment specific doctor you need to book 2-3 months out. I had emergency when my dog ate raisins and there was no openings for the day. They told me to take him to ER.
Caring staff. They get busy and might need to get in touch a few times but they spend time with their animal patients and are very present. We switched to this vet from another and were really glad to have their care for our dog.
Out of touch. No response...........
