I met Lisa at a friend's event, I didn't know anything about reflexology but they'd spoken highly of it. She knew very quickly about a nerve that's compressed in my pelvis that's been bothering me for a year, even with physio. I went for a full session and woke up without any numbness or tingling, which is almost constant. I'm so impressed and grateful for the relief. The space is relaxing and Lisa is so kind and great at what she does.
