After waiting 2.5 months for an appt and 6 months of extreme pain, this Dr told me to do more physical therapy when I have a letter from my PT therapist saying conservative treatment was going to plateau. Being reasonably upset, she told me I should consider antidepressants and shot me up with a cortisone shot that made everything worse. Skip this Dr. and go outside Kaiser. Not worth the delay in treatment.
Dr Lisa did hip tendon repair surgeries on both of my hips in 2017. Recent MRI shows full recovery. I still have issues with my back where pain radiates to the hips but MRI shows the pain is definitely NOT from the hip surgery. Very happy with her bedside manner and results. I am an athlete so recovery to return to snow skiing is very important.
She is a great doctor ,compassionate and her soft voice ,calmness and encouragement is already therapeutic
