I had a very disappointing experience with this nurse practitioner during a telehealth appointment related to a sleep study consultation. The interaction felt extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. There appeared to be communication issues between the office and the sleep lab, which created confusion during my appointment. Wow, I'm a bit shocked by the other 2 reviews. I just had my first appointment with Lisa and it was great! Yes, earlier this week they called and said we would like to change the appointment to a Virtual. GREAT! I love Virtual, so much easier. Lisa was very knowledgeable and spent and hour on the phone with me, and listened to all my questions and comments. I was scheduled for an appointment with this practice for over 3 months only to have my appointment moved to a "virtual" visit less than 15 hours before the appointment. This would not be an acceptable practice as a patient, why is okay for doctors to change services in this way? While there may have been a good reason for the doctor not to come to the office, the way in which this was done was not very professional.
