I've progressed to 17 pages of description of the serious, multiple-count repeated medical negligence from Dr Thorn, and my paper isn't complete yet. Had I stayed with her, I would be dead by now, while she continued to gaslight me in the grave
I am not sure the reason this office even has phones as you very rarely get someone and messages are never returned. It seems that this office, and maybe the whole area organization want you to exclusively use the ‘ health portal ‘ which is infuriating as it requires a new password everytime you log on. If this is the future if health care, it stinks!

When she is with you, she listens very well and offer good thoughts. However, other than that not good at all. Several calls to the nurses line were never returned; some receptionists are very cold and curt. Nurse failed to order meds at pharmacy; were'nt there when I went to pick them up; waited MONTHS to receive bloodwork report, on and on.

Dr. Thorn ignored obvious symptons with an elderly woman who could've enjoyed several more years of a happy life with her husband of 63 years. Sadly, her symptoms were ignored for 2 years. By the time a diagnosis was finally issued, it was stage 4 terminal cancer. This did not have to happen! This cancer should've been caught early, but instead Dr. Thorn patronized the patient and brushed off her symptoms until it was too late. There is no excuse for the lack of care this patient received.
She is smart,compassionate and has a good sense of humor.
