Dr Poole was a very knowledgeable and caring surgeon when I was diagnosed with breast surgery. She was very thorough in explaining to me and my family members the results of the X-rays and the surgery. Her staff wasalso very caring for me as her patient. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a breast surgeon.

When I went in for an ultrasound following a mammogram, I was completely caught off guard when I was told I needed to choose a surgeon and have a biopsy. It was a lot of unexpected information to process all at once. After hearing my options, I chose Dr. Lisa Poole, and I couldn’t be more grateful that I did. I had probably the worst experience I have ever had with a surgeon. Dr. Lisa Poole has the bedside manner of an ogre. Rude, entitled, you name it. I felt like I was just a number and that she just was worried if my insurance company was going to cover a procedure and she would not get her money. I had to have a genetics test redone (my fault, I will own up to that). The staff went off to lunch and did not put my orders in for my lab. I was there for a total of 3 hours.
