Lisa & her M.A. assistant Joe are my heros. At first Lisa intimidated me with her very direct & up front personality but by the 3d visit she was very patient, thorough, & kind to me. She's never judged my tattooed sleeves or nose ring at my very seasoned age. :) She works hard to alleviate any of mu issues & I Have several.
