I chose Dr. Britton as my primary care physician a few years ago after extensive research even though she wasn't in my neighborhood. I have been extremely pleased with her expertise as well as her attitude towards her patients. Dr. Britton has been my physician since I moved to Seattle nearly 15 years ago, I have followed her through a move to their current location. Dr. Britton has helped me through a number of health issues, some common and some less so. On each visit she has demonstrated a good memory of my health history and she takes time to make sure we have discussed everything I've come in for.
I had the horrible experience of having this doctor for 3 years. The first two years when I was healthy were fine. She wasn't very warm but she was respectful enough. She never gave me extra knowledge or tried to give me multiple solutions. She was kind of the bare minimum type. Then when I got really sick and didn't know what was going on, she tried gaslighting me into saying it was just mental health stuff when it was very obvious that there were REAL neurological problems.
