I wish I had a more positive experience. I understand that she’s just doing her job. My recent mri showed that my tumor had shrunk in size. Instead of telling me it’s still terminal. Could have at least be more positive in the situation and said something like yeah we did notice it shrunk however we are still going to keep an eye on it and continue with treatment. I’m going to beat this thing no doubt about it 💪🏼
The girl at reception was nice and found out my Medicare number was wrong and fixed it. Dr. Arnold gave me a through exam and told me to call if I needed a question answeref
Dr Arnold was thorough, listened effectively, and was very helpful in her replies. She is an excellent physician.
