Brought my 78 year old dad to bay pines VA. He has been treated like a rockstar since day one. Everyone we have dealt with from his Audiologist to his social worker have been kind, compassionate and informative. All of the buildings are immaculately cleaned as well. I don't know how anyone could complain. 5 star all the way
I have a 10:30 appointment for blood work and I m told there will be a 1 hour wait. The VA is terribly mismanaged !! It gets worse and worse. Cutting staff does not help veterans. My primary doctor left the VA because of the increased patient load The doctor could not physically and emotionally do it. It’s so easy for those in charge to expect more of others. America is failing its veterans !!
I took down my 5 star review from last year down because I had the worst night ever. July 6th and 7th my nurse patricia flonoy, was a terrible, terrible nurse. I have been on pain medicine since I got here on the third And for whatever her reason, when her shift came on, she didn't wanna help me at all after telling her that her purfume was taking my breath away , could i get a mask .
