Very nice doctor and she listened to my concerns. Way better then the office in the hospital
Dr. Walk-Reinard has been a great GP, she listens to my concerns and answers all questions with thorough thoughtful responses.
At first I thought lisa walk-reinard was good however as of lately she doesn't listen. Today my blood work came back and things are out of wack she told me take it up with my endocrinologist about it when he sees me for the blood work he ordered. The receptionist does not tell them everything on way you called. They don't want to refer you elsewhere for things they can't handle. Dorothy Voltz is wonderful though.
Treated me like I was a junkie just because I fell after refusing me care she kicked me out. When I refused to leave because I couldn't believe how I was being treated. She chose to call the police on me. It was degraded and absolutely embarrassed. She was 😞
Scheduled an appointment for December, they called and moved it to 9/30/24 at 3 pm. Waited 30 minutes without being seen on the virtual appointment. Terrible receptionist said I needed to still pay a $30 copay for an appointment I never received. Terrible receptionists and extreme unprofessionalism from the office.
