Lisa is very helpful and understanding. We had other therapists in the past, but she is the first to be able to help us get passed blocks--esp those my husband had with therapy in general-- that kept us from making progress. Highly recommended.
Amazing therapist! Authentically cares about the well being of others. Really listens and offers great perspectives. Her book is an awesome tool as well! I feel I’ve grown in being able to better manage my stress, anxiety, and conflicts with relationships.
