I have been debating on writing this review for months. I have used used this facility for years and the more I have dealt with them the more I am worried to bring my dog back. When we began at this facility we were assigned a doctor that was supposed to see our dog every time. We never saw that vet again nor have we ever seen the same vet twice. I have been a client with East Orlando Animal Hospital for almost 7 years and I cannot praise them enough! They have an exceptional staff that is always professional and courteous. On occasion my pet has needed to see a veterinarian in an emergency situation on the weekend and they always manage to squeeze us in. My pets are my children and they understand that! I recommend East Orlando Animal Hospital to all my friends that own pets and plan on being a client for a very long time!

East Orlando Animal Hospital started caring for our Dalmatians 30 years ago. Over the years they have given us the best treatment we could have ever wanted. The practice maintains high standards of care and the latest in veterinarian medicine as well as friendliness and compassion. I have lived all across the country and have had many vets care for my little girl. Nationwide this is the best animal care team around! Very knowledgable (every one of them) and very compassionate! I even found out today that they work with over 10 local rescues - getting the healthy and giving them a place to stay until a foster can be established! This team is a huge group of angels! Love them! Thank you EOAH for everything you do for my pup and the community!

I had taken my 7 month old kitten there to get checked out, they charged 47 dollars just to look at her, then another 60 dollars for one test then 26 dollars for some dewormer plus all kinds of different taxes. My bill came up to about 137. The next morning my baby kitten died, right in my arms and they would do nothing. The dewormer that I never even got a chance to use, they wouldn't even let me get a refund. It seems like they didn't even care. I have been going to East Orlando Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They saved my previous dog from a rattlesnake bite and are taking good care of our present dogs. There are several vets that work there, and over the years different doctors have come and gone. They have up to date equipment and the 3 doctors I have used are well trained in western medical techniques. But we do suppliment with a holistic approach as well. I am not one to usually post anything but I wanted everyone who was looking at this Vet as a possible place for their pets to know how much they mean to my family. I have two dogs and have been going here for all their veterinary care and grooming needs for 3 years now. They have always treated us and our dogs very well. They always do the best they can for our dogs while making it as affordable as possible. This office treated my pets and my family very badly with no regard for their care.
