After a quick back and forth Lisa offered me 2 back to back time slots for a consultation. After choosing a time and a confirmation response from her, I was essentially ghosted. I sent an email the day before asking for a zoom link for our meeting the next day with no response. The agreed upon day came and went without so much as a phone call or an apology email. I’m glad I found out about this lack of reliability before handing over any money.
