Dr. Ng has superb bedside manners! She listened to all my concerns with great attention and was detailed when addressing them. This was a first for me since every doctor I’ve even seen usually has one foot out of the door when I address any concerns. I had my first Pap smear ever with her and it did not hurt at all. She communicated very clearly, and made the whole process comfortable. She is definitely the type of doctor you need.
I really liked Dr. Lisa Ng, but she is no longer with Acacia OBGYN.
Dr.Lisa Ng did my emergency C-section and I am so thankful for her saving my babies life!! Her heart rate dropped and she was the Dr available at that time for my C-section. I was originally seeing midwife Nivia Palomo at Acacia until my C-section. Given that I was not originally Dr.Lisas patient, she was so kind with each post-op appointment and took her time with any questions or concerns as well. She had put a wound vac on my incision, which I am so thankful for, as I didn't have any complications with it and healed well.
I will never go back!! Had a horrible FIRST delivery. She came in the room trying to pop my bag but i felt sooooo much discomfort she was telling me not to move and be calm anyways couldnt pop it comes back tries about 5 times then says she cant i told her are u touching my sons head if ur not touching the bag because he his squirming around but before that was calm and when he came out he had about 6 cuts on his head and was bleeding they look like little slices cuts on his head in different areas !!!
