Dr. Langenburg is the best doctor I’ve ever had, she truly cares about her patients and most importantly she listens if you have an issue she can’t solve she will get you to someone who can. If I could give 10 stars I would she is an amazing physician!
I love Dr. Langenburg but I must be honest. When you call the office it is almost impossible to speak with someone on the phone whether to schedule an appointment or request lab work results. The recording tells you to leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 to 72 hours and I am still waiting on the return call and it’s been well over a month. Langenburg is the best!
I don’t even live in Michigan, I live in Florida but my insurance is in Michigan so it was already a hassle to even find the place which is why I left early. I flew all the way up here just to get proper care after dislocating my foot and having major orthopedic surgery from a car accident that I was the passenger in. They provided me with the wrong address, so I went to the address I was given, only to be informed by the staff at 35103 Silvano St. that they changed locations. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. (Langenburg) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. (Langenburg) really took her time to explain everything with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’ demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Great staff Was able to accommodate my early schedule and As a new patient was able to get in right away
