Dr. Kramer is hands-down, the most amazing doctor I have ever come across. She delivered my sweet daughter via emergent c-section at MercyOne in Dubuque. I had a lot of complications during and after the procedure and she went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible and to constantly reassure me that I am strong and could do it. I just went in for my first ever LEEP procedure and she was so incredibly understanding. She made sure she answered all questions and concerns and sat with me while I was scared and crying to make sure I felt safe and in control. This is a woman I'd feel safe with in this clinic and recommend to any woman who also has a history of anxiety/depression.
