Very delightful office atmosphere. The lobby is such a breath of zen while waiting for your appointment. Specifically, services offered through Lisa, are gentle tailored to my needs. The beginning of every session we discussed what I wanted to get out of it. Lisa provided relatable reading and worksheet materials which allowed me to keep on my practice through our time together. I now have a cleared emotional mental state on the family trauma experienced in my earlier years. This has allowed me to forgive myself, FOR ME.
