Ignored patient's pleas for medical assistance. Went to her for six months with a cough that would not go away and only got worse. Ended up in the hospital with pneumonia.
I’m in pain and I’ve been waiting for a week for a letter of medical necessity for physical therapy and this is not the first time she does this. She is too busy and should not take on any more patients!

For my friend recommendation, I switched to this Dr last year and only saw her once for my physical. She was mostly superficial but just an average dr. WAITED 45 MIN TO SEE HER! THE SECRETARIES AND SOME NURSES WERE THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER! ESPECIALLY THE SECRETARIES. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER A CALL. THEY SCREAMED AT ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED TO MAKE AN APPT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THEY KEPT SAYING "JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN" SHE LITERALLY SCREAMED AT ME AND I HUNG UP THE PHONE. NEVER GO BACK!!!
Dr. Kirschbaum is professional and friendly. She listens and remembers. She has been my primary physician for over 10 years. I would never think of changing!
Dr. Kirschbaum has a great bed side manner. She is attentive to details. Asks lots of questions and listens to your concerns and/or issues. She goes the extra mile to make sure your medical needs are met.
Even though I came to her office on several visits coughing to the point of not being able to speak, Dr. Kirshbaum ignored my pleas for help until it was too late. I developed pneumonia shortly after my last visit and later learned that I have an interstitial lung disease which I was told existed for at least 10 years. Had she taken the time to understand why I coughed, my disease would not have progressed to the point it is today. I live on oxygen 24/7.
