Dr. Kim was kind and attentive to both my wife and me. The staff were professional and friendly.
I am fed up with jumping through hoops, my own medication and my own zero deductible zero co-pay fighting for every dollar this is utter ridiculous. Crap that I have to deal with.
This clinic used to be run by Dr. Choi Chung-won, whom I visited with much affection. After Dr. Choi’s retirement, Dr. Lisa Kim took over. However, ever since Dr. Kim assumed responsibility, I’ve found myself feeling quite unpleasant every time I visit. In particular, the nurse comes across as rather arrogant, and I get the impression that patients are not genuinely cared for. She is not very thorough in her exams! I felt uncomfortable with the medications she prescribes. Also her staff is horrible!
