I needed surgery on rather short notice. Lisa and her nurse were very accommodating . They worked to get all my tests done in time. When I had to see a specialist to get Cleared for the surgery they went out of their way to get an appointment for me so the surgery wasn't delayed. Lisa always explains things well . She answers questions on My Chart in a timely manner.
My experience with Lisa was always positive! She is easy to talk too and very thorough whether I was asking a question, wanting advice or ordering tests. We shared family things which made me feel like I was talking to a friend! I wish Lisa happiness in her retirement!!
