Words cannot describe my great satisfaction with Dr. Learn. I had a Panniculectomy (aggressive tummy tuck) two and a half weeks ago. Everything about the process and procedure went exceedingly well. Breast reduction surgery. Surgeon didn't listen to my input. Was more concerned about liabilty paperwork than me. Was condescending and seemingly cant remember anyone's name ... refering to eveyone as "Hon". She seemed high strung and unfocused the morning of surgery. I wasnt given proper after care instructions. Had an infection develop and was lead to believe I had caused the problem. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. .
