I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Lisa Ryan Hobbs at the Christie Clinic Foot Clinic in Champaign. After waiting over 40–50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I asked the nursing staff how much longer I should expect to wait. Instead of a simple update, they responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner.
