The office of Dr. KABBASH is poorly managed. I refused and didn't use any orthopedic boots from the office. They proceeded to charge me anyway and have incorrectly managed my account. They have documentation from January and have yet to make the necessary corrections. I have filed a BBB complaint and one with Physicians Regional. Someone needs to oversee the patient care and accounting. Buyer beware!!
Dr Hendricks and Kelly Gallo are great. My only complaint is I had a side effect to medication Kelly Gallo prescribed. I called the office and was told I would get a call back. I missed the call but called the office a few minutes later. I told the person about the voice mail and I would like to have the gel. The person claimed no notes about my first call, but they would give the nurse my message. I called back 2 hours later and was told the same. I called back 500pm and was told the same again. Ashlyn was highly professional while also very kind and considerate. She explained everything about my medical situation clearly and concisely and answered all my questions fully. I have complete faith in her judgement and advice and look forward confidently to my next appointment.
Horrible office manners. I left 5 messages in a period of 3 weeks on off season no one called back. I will not recommend anyone to him or his horrible office manners regardless of how good the Dr is !!!!!!!!! please stay away

I heard good things about Hanypsiak, but my experience was just awful! I am a patient man and I do not like criticizing people, but this is simply insanity. -This guy somehow lost my operative report for almost THREE MONTHS and so, he had a difficult time explaining precisely what he did during the procedure. This also meant that my physical therapist tried multiple times to get this report to NO avail.
