Unless you have nothing better to do than deal with leaving voicemails everytime u need to reach this office and beg for your test results, I wouldn't recommend going to Dr. Hayes. The office staff is horrendous - one is more inept and ruder than the next, and Dr. Hayes doesn't seem to care. After telling her how poorly I was treated by her staff, she merely muttered "well they're not going anywhere" and "there are two sides to every story".... Basically she told me to like it or lump it. As such, I have no faith in that off... read more
