I have been going to this group for 19 years, Dr. Cohen delivered my son 18 years ago. I have always been impressed with this group. Recently, and for the first time I had a routine yearly with Dr. Lisa Hayes. It’s not often that you come across a doctor that makes you feel like you’ve been seeing them for years. Wow, she had great bedside manners and that goes a long way. She was friendly, very professional but more than anything just simply down to earth and very easy to speak to. She is a very good doctor.
I went to see Dr. Hayes for a second opinion on an issue. While the wait was a little long it was worth the wait. Dr. Hayes explained everything to me., exactly what I need to get done and possible options for the issues. Very knowledgeable and caring.
I have been fortunate to have mostly positive experiences with drs at summit medical group, but Dr Hayes is a step above all others. She has the best bedside manner and truly makes you feel like an important HUMAN when you’re seeing her. Definitely recommend her.
She is amazing! Very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She takes the time to talk to you and always makes you feel comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about her!!
