Take the bad with the good As a previous reviewer said, the waits are sometimes very long. BUT they can also fit patients in at the last minute if they need to be seen, which I assume accounts for the extended wait times. I personally consider this a blessing. When my child is very sick and needs to be seen, I don't want to be told to come back tomorrow and I'll gladly wait so that someone else's child can be afforded the same consideration. The doctors aren't particularly friendly or talkative and it's reminiscent of the 's... read more

Long wait time and impersonal service After many years of using these physicians for our family doctor, we switched to a smaller practice. The wait time is rediculous and the doctors don't make time for their patients. The staff is professional but not friendly.

Great Little Gift Shop The Parkview Huntington Hospital gift shop is small, but offers a lot to those who would like to pick up something special for their loved one staying there. The gift shop offers all kinds of clever gifts, including many different newborn baby items, games, books (even gently used books), bookmarks, trinkets and good luck charms, candies of all types, pretty knick knacks and stuffed animals. The big glass windows allow a person to browse without having to actually "go into" the shop, promoting sales by... read more
Good doctors, long wait times Family Practice Associates at 2003 Stults Rd in Huntington (formerly on Engle Street) offers a nice variety of physicians and services. The biggest issue with this particular office is that they schedule patients every fifteen minutes, not giving doctor or patient enough time to be thorough. Once a doctor gets behind schedule, the wait times grow to unbearable lengths for patients later in the day.
