I have been seeing Lisa for about 4-5 years. I began seeing her because of anxiety, digestion issues and sleep issues. Since then the differences I see and feel are great. I feel better, the anxiety is controlled and my digestion is regulated. I receive red light therapy as well and facial treatments that have helped with the overall appearance of my skin and has eliminated sinus issues.

I have been seeing Lisa for 2 years now and always look forward to my appointment. Lisa is very knowledgeable and focuses on my changing health concerns. I love the face and upper body cupping and find it reduces my fine lines! I’m using the pain balm on my tennis elbow and it Is definitely helping with the pain. I have been going to Lisa for quite a while, both as for preventive care and for specific problems. I leave it up to her to choose whatever method available to her to help me, be it acupuncture, hot stones, red light or cupping. She explains procedures and offers suggestions for home follow up.
