I am quite disturbed after finding out that this office billed my insurance in such a way that I need to pay $2k out of pocket when if billed as routine which it is it would be fully covered. So I almost passed on an important test because of the cost when this office “made a mistake” on what should be their BAU. Quite shameful. Do better. You are supposed to work in health care. Finally there is no direct slumber to reach this office. So convenient as a patient to sort things out.
I just visited one time without checking reviews before visiting for Gastric problem and got very bad experience, nothing was helpful by that visit, just checked BP and oxygen levels with oximeter, even no tablets, that’s it, all they did for me, i felt that its a unnecessary loss of money, time and work. Endoscopy appointment was given but then immediately cancelled/refused to do after following fasting whole day …they mentioned the reason-since I don’t have any assistant people… this is nonsensical treatments and diagnoses... read more
Terrible experience. After an endoscopy/colonoscopy she decided I was stressed and should do yoga. Also denied I was bloated when I and everyone I know could clearly see that I was. All this happened in 2015. I believed her and took me years to look into my gastric issues again. By then I was in terrible shape. I had Cushing’s disease. My gastric issues were due to high cortisol. Ganjhu’s dismissal made me lose years. Avoid like the plague.
We had a telephone call on 10/13/21 which lasted less than 20 minutes, I was given a cream and told to come for an in person visit. Then, I got a call saying the doctor needed to cancel my appointment as she wasn't seeing patients until January 2022, which clearly won't work for me - as I explained to her, I'm pregnant and in discomfort. Why would I have bothered if I knew she wasn't seeing patients for months? I was charged $175 (after insurance) for an "office visit".
