I hoped to handle this privately, but unfortunately, that is not gonna happen based on the response from this provider to my concern. I reached out to Atrium regarding a concern about a doctor offering me a medication that I was allergic to. The doctors response to my letter was a complete lie. She put in writing that she went through the medication concerns and the allergies as well as she warned me of the side effects of the migraine cocktail. That is a complete and utter lie. Staff was great, doctor not so much..short responses, not very helpful at all.. very argumentative .. not a good experience at all.. all that being said, nice office and great staff and nurses.. in a great community!.. hopefully it was just me and she’s not this way all the time.. God bless!
My whole experience that day was unpleasant. The receptionist that checked me in was cold and unfriendly I felt unwelcome as if she didn't care one way or the other felt to me it was because of my race, if I hadn't felt so bad I would have left and went to the ER. She was coughing and not even covering her mouth. My primary care doctor is there so I will be going back but I will not be checked in by her again.
