Pleasant enough. But, almost entire history and physical is fabricated. She did listen to heart/lungs,but that was it. Everything else noted in h&p is false. She wrote that I have no hearing loss and no headache. Had she checked or even asked, she'd have known it's why I was admitted. And many other false statements. It's dangerous and lazy.
