She denied treatment ordered by another licensed physician. She offered no alternatives. She had not looked at my chart and did not have the common courtesy to walk down the hall and speak with me.
I truly dislike writing bad reviews, esp for healthcare providers, but I had one of the worst experiences with Dr. Francis. My blood work wasn’t ‘positive enough’ for her to take seriously and I felt immediately dismissed, despite dozens of symptoms. I was seen by a different Marshfield rheumatologist in 2021 that only checked RA and recently my PCP ran some other autoimmune tests that came back showing signs of two different autoimmune disorders. Absolutely loved her, very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her!
I waited three months for appointment so that she could walk into the room. Tell me she didn’t have any clue why I was even referred to her wouldn’t talk about the medication that primary care said she would be prescribing or refilling and left. Thank you very much for a 15 minute visit For nothing but a hefty bill to pay
