We needed to find a place for our son quickly, as he was relocating from out of state. Lisa Foster Pacheco was amazing. Professional dedicated and for me most importantly honest. She came to our home did an assessment, we discussed price, marketing and after she left I felt that we were in good hands. The photo shoot was amazing, the open house unbelievable and within 10 days we had multiple over asking offers. Closing was basically uneventful. Lisa kept us informed throughout the process.
