Dr Fischer is a highly educated therapist. Her high hourly rate reflects this. She was totally ineffective in helping me and my wife. Dr Fischer made promises to me for progress that never happened. Looking back on the several months and several thousand dollars of care leaves me feeling it was a waste of time.
