Poor communication
Lacks compassion and believes that three hours of sleep per night is enough for an elderly, neurologically ill person with many, many other health issues is enough sleep. As if that isn’t enough, she refused to treat my pain to a responsible and comfortable level.
Dr. Ferley always takes the necessary time with patients, she is thorough, thoughtful and a professional at all times. Her appointments are on time 80% of the time, her office staff are the best. She is very intelligent. We think very highly of her professional demeanor and knowledge base.
