My 5star review is only for Dr. Ereifej— not for Lovelace at all. She left, and I can support that 1000%. Although I am saddened she is no longer my provider. She made things happen, she dropped my A1c FIVE POINTS real quick! I was sobbing tears of happiness every time with her. I never waited for insulin or receivers, nothing. This is the second review I am leaving a review that's how bad this practice is. I want to state that the only thing I was satisfied with was Dr. Lisa Ereifej herself. Anything else associated with lovelace is enough to make anyone nauseated. My first appointment I waited almost two HOURS to be seen. Then I was told by Dr. Ereifej to make an immediate follow up appointment. The front desk lady told me she didn't have access. I called and argued with lovelace several times about that appointment. I just seen somebody else's review saying that this doctor was their provider for nine years, but I don't understand how that could be true if I've only ever seen her one time And then she left practice and then I got thrown in with with multiple doctors after that because they all kept leaving. I think loveless lies and makes up reviews Because they cannot keep providers. This was one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She was very ignorant. I clearly have a hormonal imbalance, but she blamed it on PCOS and told me to see a gynecologist, even though my gynecologist had already advised me to go back to an endocrinologist to get my hormones checked. My previous endocrinologist had ordered an MRI scan of the pituitary gland before she moved, which showed a small pituitary adenoma.
