This provider left Lovelace to work at the VA on Gibson, where she continues to harm patients by doing absolutely nothing. Nothing. She never actually saw my face, but sent someone else to tell me after a resident saw me in clinic, that she would NOT order labs, she would NOT offer any treatment at all, and that I should make another appointment in 6 months. My 5star review is only for Dr. Ereifej— not for Lovelace at all. She left, and I can support that 1000%. Although I am saddened she is no longer my provider. She made things happen, she dropped my A1c FIVE POINTS real quick! I was sobbing tears of happiness every time with her. I never waited for insulin or receivers, nothing. This is the second review I am leaving a review that's how bad this practice is. I want to state that the only thing I was satisfied with was Dr. Lisa Ereifej herself. Anything else associated with lovelace is enough to make anyone nauseated. My first appointment I waited almost two HOURS to be seen. Then I was told by Dr. Ereifej to make an immediate follow up appointment. The front desk lady told me she didn't have access. I called and argued with lovelace several times about that appointment. I just seen somebody else's review saying that this doctor was their provider for nine years, but I don't understand how that could be true if I've only ever seen her one time And then she left practice and then I got thrown in with with multiple doctors after that because they all kept leaving. I think loveless lies and makes up reviews Because they cannot keep providers.
