Dr. Ercolin-Bhatia is the best doctor I've ever had and i dont say that lightly. She is compassionate, takes her time to not only explain things to me but answer my questions and I genuinely feel she cares about my health and well-being. She takes a collaborative approach and really makes me feel like we're partners in my health care. Not once did I feel rushed, dismissed or not listened to like we often do with how busy health systems are. She is amazing at what she does and I trust her as my PCP.
I am not quite sure why there is so many negative reviews with this doctor, but when I went which was a year ago which I find myself feeling bad as to why I didn't do a review before, I found her to be very interactive & she took her time with me. She gave me time to understand how covid was the reason for my lingering cough that I had for a whole year. She taught me the effects of the flu if I didn't get the shot especially with my cough. Dr. Ercolini’s visit felt extremely rushed. My mom is an elderly Hispanic woman and felt like her health concerns/questions came second during the visit. We both felt a sense of animosity from Dr. Ercolini at one point during the visit. My mom had a question which I translated for the Dr Ercolini which she completely ignored. My husband Wnet for a visit today. This doctor is condescending and patronizing. She was rude and made comments and asked backhanded questions that didnt relate to why he was there or what issues he was having. Mind you she is not his PCP but his doctor was out and they made an appt with her. This was the worst experience He has ever had with a physician in hos life. I went for a visit for abdominal pain with Dr. Ercolini, who is not my PCP due to mine being on vacation. On my medical record I had an IUD implant that was inserted Jan 2020 but later removed in Aug 2020. She began to ask me why I removed it and explained to her that I was experiencing negative hormonal changes. She began condescending me that IUD do not cause hormonal changes and it was all mental and I was making it up.
