Absolute waste of time I arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment and Lisa Elvin chose not to see me. I didn't even need the appointment to begin with. All I needed was a referral for an MRI, but they insisted I see them and they have an extremely limited schedule. I drove 40 minutes to get here and they couldn't even take 5 minutes to give me the referral for an MRI This place is absolutely useless and doesn't deserve an ounce of your tax or insurance dollars
Can’t give zero stars. Horrible experience. Arrived 6 minutes late and was turned away at the desk. It took me longer than expected to walk in from the car as I am experiencing extreme back pain! Shameful and unethical to turn away someone in extreme pain like this over 6 minutes! Especially given it was the first appointment of the day and the office was empty. How about the balance of time reserved for my appointment? Posting so that others are aware.
