This office let a person lie and refused to insure my Home. They wrote i have an abandoned vechicle in my drive. That was the one they insured. That has been tagged, registered , inspectedand insured for years Never a lapse. they made complaints about plywood contractors left. And an oil tank that was empty .Even though I sent pictures of it removed they refused to respond to my emails. When I called there to inquiry. They picked up. Lisa is very communicative and great at following up!
If you aren't their client and have a different agent, they dont want to help you. They also dont take cash payments. Even if your agent is over an hour and a half away. The lady in the front room could also try to be a little less standoffish. If I wanted to switch to a different agent locally, this sure isnt the place for me. Cute house though. (Only reason for the 2 stars)
