Lisa E. Morales NP; is rude, disrespectful, a liar, and could care less about her patients! Notice there are SEVERAL reviews saying the same EXACT thing! So obviously she’s a PROBLEM. After she was rude and disrespectful to me, she hung up on our video call and accused ME yelling at her! All lies! *** Edit: My insurance company and I have attempted several times to resolve the billing error and your office has responded the bill will remain as is. Your office has threatened me with collections, therfore leaving me no option but to pay your ridiculous bill. You can find some other sucker to pay your outrageous prices. Very good nurse practitioner ..she listens to all my concerns and helps me with them and checks up on me..I would recommend her to anyone up here…definitely knows her stuff!
Amazing staff very friendly, clean facilitie Dr Lisa and the nurses are so caring
She doesn't listen, she's rude, she caused me permanent damage because she refused to listen to everything that was happening and wanted to handle "one thing at a time" and prescribed me medication that worsened my condition. Had she of listened to me that would've never happened. She had another phone appointment with me and hung up on me because she refuses to acknowledge my condition and wouldn't tell me who she was referring me to. She's honestly terrible at her job.
