Attention to all the men/women out there fighting for custody of their children. If Lisa is offered to you as an Amicus, DO NOT ACCEPT. I made that mistake and paid dearly. She will side with the opposing party no matter what, despite doing everything right and have you believe that she was in favor of you. Her and Melissa Ortiz must have a pact. Lisa Duke demonstrated highly unprofessional and dishonest conduct throughout my family law case. In my opinion, she is one of the most biased and unethical attorneys I have encountered. She repeatedly fabricated narratives without any supporting evidence and then shielded herself behind claims of “work product” to avoid scrutiny.
