I’m in the medical field and I researched before picking a primary. Dr Dietz has always been on top of my healthcare needs, supportive and compassionate. I’m very thankful for her.
The doctor is great, but it is impossible to reach the office via phone call. I've called asking about an endocrinologist referral for over 3 weeks now, and not a single time have they actually answered the phone to assist with the referral. There was an issue with the fax number I was given, so now I'm back at square one hoping someone hears the voicemail I sent so I can set an appointment up for a much needed biopsy. I have been seeing Dr.Dietz for over 5 yrs she has always stayed right on top of any issues.Staff is always considerate very short wait time Dr Dietz takes her time and answers any questions.she will call you back herself when needed I love her hugs it makes me feel like she care about me. I know I have the best care with he thank you Dr.Dietz and your staff I would never change Drs.
