Great doctor. Relatable, sympathetic, and actively listens to concerns.
Dr. Lisa Dietz has been my primary doctor for 25 years. She is sweet, fun, knowledgeable and insightful. I am so grateful for her. Also Dr. Jamwal is her partner and is my boyfriend’s internist and I highly recommend him too. The front office is smooth sailing, the nursing staff are 100% caring & kind. Thank you.
Communications very poor
I’m in the medical field and I researched before picking a primary. Dr Dietz has always been on top of my healthcare needs, supportive and compassionate. I’m very thankful for her.
The doctor is great, but it is impossible to reach the office via phone call. I've called asking about an endocrinologist referral for over 3 weeks now, and not a single time have they actually answered the phone to assist with the referral. There was an issue with the fax number I was given, so now I'm back at square one hoping someone hears the voicemail I sent so I can set an appointment up for a much needed biopsy.
