Terrible doctor. Lisa will gaslight you into taking H2 blockers and PPIs and not actually find the root cause of your issues. She has caused me ongoing medical issues due to her care. I had to go to another provider to get the tests ordered, which I had asked from her at the first visit. She'll push invasive tests and PPIs, but won't solve your root cause. Thus I can only conclude she's a pill pusher at the behest of big pharma. If you value your health, avoid her.
Lisa De La Cruz is FABULOUS!!! She is so thorough with such an amazing bedside manner. We got along so well and she is super intelligent. I only saw her once and she ordered all sorts of tests to figure out my stomach issues. No, I don't want a colonoscopy LOL...but for her, I will. I can't recommend her enough!
RUN AWAY from her. I came to her after going to the ER with intense stomach pain that never went away. My liver enzymes were 3 times higher than normal. I explained that I had chronic pain in my upper abdomen. She completely dismissed me and told me to take Prilosec. I brought all my abnormal labs (there were lots) and explained that I know my body and this is more than heartburn (which I've never had in my life).
