Working with Lisa was a great experience! She was communicative, honest, thorough, helpful, and my husband and I always felt like she was on our side and working hard for us. She went above and beyond her job by helping us schedule repair work on the house and being present for it so we didn't have to make the trek out to the house, among other things.
