Update 2025: I was so delighted that Dr. Curcio could save my breast. 6 months later I discovered she had not, in fact saved it. She had just doubled the amount of procedures/surgery I required. She wanted to repeat the mammogram at 1 year. I pressed for 6 months and was reluctantly given it. In July of 2021 when I had the lumpectomy my husband was there to support me. I had wanted to have Dr. Curcio take a look at some imaging I had done that I wanted more information on. When I called her office to let them know I had a referral I was given the most unwelcome response from her staff. At first they said that she was really booked out, which is totally not an issue, I wouldn't have minded waiting. My lump quite literally isn't going anywhere.
