Dr. Cheek was a huge part in saving my life, and I mean it. Before I came to her, I gave up, I felt like something was terribly wrong with me, but dozens of doctors could not help me. I felt gaslit and like I was crazy. My partner encoraged me to try to go to a "lady doctor". She was the first one that really listened, and referred me to amazing endocrinologist who was able to diagnose me with a very rare disorder and put me on the right medication. Dr. Cheek was another one of the amazing doctors in the Saints network. Kind, compassionate and thorough. Absolutely recommend her and her staff.
My appointment was cancelled as the front desk was trying to verify my insurance even though I was standing at the desk and Dr. Cheek was waiting for me...I had waited 6 months for this appointment and was already emotional due to nature of why I needed this appointment. No one called me to verify my insurance prior to my appointment either. Insurance verification could have waited or I would have self paid.
