Never once had a problem here. People have to understand that dealing with their insurance is the patient's responsibility.

Dr. Narron sent a referral for my bilateral mammogram in April. It was for May 30. The medical mall in Smithfield called to cancel on May 20 . I asked them and Dr.narron not to cancel until speaking with the insurance company. They cancelled anyway. I'm at high risk. My trust in Dr .Narron and the mammogram facility in Smithfield has decreased. This is happening to alot of women. I'm filing a complaint with the medical board. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I said Narron wasn’t good before, but after further evaluation and research…. She is. And I should have stayed with her. She actually cares about her job as a doctor to serve.

don’t go here. I am 29 years old, no kids, and there is no reason -based on the cdc- that I should have received a pneumonia vaccine. i guess it is my fault for not taking medical classes to know that she was wrong and had seemingly lied about it being customary every 5-10 years. Thanks for the 24-hour panic attack and the bill for an unnecessary vaccine.
